Richard Yadon, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Richard Yadon is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and the founder of MindCare Health in Franklin, Tennessee. He provides adult ADHD evaluation and integrative, concierge-style psychiatric care to adults across Tennessee via secure telehealth.
Every appointment is with Richard directly — never a rotating panel — and care is neuroscience-grounded, whole-person, and faith-aware where welcome. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
Tennessee APRN licensure can be verified through the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
Controlled-substance prescribing notice
Prescribing of controlled substances via telehealth is governed by the federal Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act and Tennessee Rules & Regulations § 0880-02-.14, which may require an in-person evaluation before or during treatment. Some medications may not be available via telehealth. All prescribing decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, at the provider’s clinical discretion, and in accordance with applicable federal and Tennessee law.
