Sometimes standard labs come back “normal,” yet symptoms persist. Functional lab testing looks more closely — at hormones, thyroid, inflammation, methylation, micronutrient status, and gut/microbiome markers — to surface contributors that routine workups can miss.
These panels complement, rather than replace, a standard psychiatric evaluation. They’re one more way to understand the whole person behind the symptoms and to personalize a plan.

The same Fullscript link also opens a curated supplement library. Existing patients receive personalized supplement plans, and the dispensary is open to anyone who wants access to professional-grade products.
Cost expectations
Pricing varies by panel and scope, and ranges vary over time. Lab panel costs are not covered by MindCare Health’s consultation fees and are billed by Fullscript or the partner lab directly.

Richard Yadon is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and the founder of MindCare Health in Franklin, Tennessee. He provides adult ADHD evaluation and integrative, concierge-style psychiatric care to adults across Tennessee via secure telehealth.
Every appointment is with Richard directly — never a rotating panel — and care is neuroscience-grounded, whole-person, and faith-aware where welcome. He is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
Tennessee APRN licensure can be verified through the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
